Every song is generated on demand and unlocked instantly. Because of the on-demand nature of the product, refunds work like this:
If you paid but haven't downloaded the MP3 yet, you can request a refund by emailing support@kickrocksmf.com with your order number.
Once you've downloaded the MP3, the purchase is final. No refunds. You had time to preview the song, review the lyrics, and decide. Buyer's remorse doesn't apply on a $9 ticket.
If something went sideways with the generation itself (file wouldn't play, lyrics referenced the wrong person, etc.), reach out to support@kickrocksmf.com. We'll take a look and, if the case has merit, offer a heavy discount on a fresh round to make it right.
If Stripe declines your card, no charge is made. Try a different card or contact your bank.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks cost us significant fees and we would rather resolve any issue directly.
