Kick Rocks generates custom songs on demand and delivers them digitally. Because every order is produced individually for you and delivery happens instantly upon payment, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Once you pay, there are no refunds. Here is why that is fair: you get unlimited time to preview all three regenerations of your song for free before you ever pay a cent. Listen as long as you want, come back tomorrow, listen again. You only pay once you are satisfied with a version, and $9 is a low enough price point that refunds after purchase are not offered.

Unlimited Free Previews Before Purchase

Every order gets up to three regenerations included before payment. You can play them, compare them, and take as much time as you need to pick your favorite. There is no timer and no pressure. If none of the three versions land right for you, do not buy.

Want A Higher Level of Care Before You Buy?

If your three versions are close but not quite there, email support@kickrocksmf.com BEFORE you pay and tell us what is off. We can tune the lyrics, adjust the vibe, or hand-tweak the direction. Once you pay, the sale is final and we cannot process a refund.

Broken, Incorrect or Off Target Songs

If something genuinely went wrong after your purchase (the file will not play, the lyrics reference the wrong person, or the song does not match the details you submitted), email support@kickrocksmf.com within 7 calendar days of your order. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and the lyrics or a screenshot if applicable. When a genuine defect is confirmed, we will regenerate the song or credit your account at our discretion. This is not a refund path, it is a fix path.

Failed Payments

If your card is declined, no charge is made. Try a different card or contact your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Chargebacks cost us significant fees and we would rather resolve any issue directly. Since you had unlimited free previews before payment, chargebacks are treated as a last resort and may result in your account being closed.
